We are a young, dynamic & professional firm, specialising in upmarket residential projects where attention to detail, understanding of design and accuracy are of utmost importance to our clients.
mfs Developers & Quantity Surveyors cc was initially formed in 2001 with the idea of taking on design orientated Quantity Surveying work, particularly in the residential sector of the market, where attention to detail and design is so important. Since its inception, mfs has successfully undertaken numerous Quantity Surveying projects.
We then grew our practice to take on our own residential development projects, which were successfully completed. We continue to look for development opportunities.
Finally, due to a passion for architecture and design and a demand from clients, we have now grown our architectual practice and incorporated it into the mfs brand.
